OUR STATEMENT OF FAITH

 We believe the Bible to be the inspired,

only infallible authoritative Word of God.

(2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21)

 We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three

persons:  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 

(Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Hebrews 1:3; Acts 5:3-4)

We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His

virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious

and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily

resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father,

and in His personal return in power and glory. 

(John 1; John 20:28; Luke 1:34; Hebrews 4:15; John 20:30;

1 Corinthians 15:3-5; Mark 16:19; Revelation 20:4; Luke 21:27)

 We believe that if we confess with our mouth the Lord Jesus

and believe in our heart that God has raised Him from the

dead, we will be saved for with the heart one believes

unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession

is made unto salvation.

(Matthew 17:3-5; John 3:16-17; Romans 10:9-10)

We believe that repentance and faith in the power

of the precious blood of Jesus is the only means of

being cleansed from sin.

(Acts 16:30-31; 1 John 1:7-10)

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit,

by Whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live the Godly life. 

(Galatians 3:22-23; Ephesians 5:18-20; John 7:37-39; John 16:7; John 15:26; John 14:26)

 We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ,

and the evidence of that unity being shown

by how we love one another. 

(Ephesians 4:11-13; 1 Corinthians 12:4-7)
