My Seed to Your Need is an outreach ministry of Girlfriends In Christ designed to afford Women of God the opportunity to sow tangible seeds of spiritual and natural blessing into the lives of women less fortunate than themselves.

There are many wonderful organizations which provide donations to various social services, transitional housing and shelter provider agencies.  Traditional donation processes do well to distribute randomly to the masses a vast array of surplus items to the communities they serve.  However, with the best of efforts, many individualized specific needs remain unmet for program participants and housing placement recipients which could easily been given by donors willing to make provision if their needs had been known.  Some items include, but are not limited to: Bibles, undergarments (new and unopened), clothing, coats and shoes by size, hygiene products (soap, toothpaste, hair products), etc. 

My Seed to Your Need allows women an opportunity in obedience to biblical principles to be facilitators of kindness and caring through the simplest expression of their open heart and hand by giving intentionally and purposefully with a spirit of godly charity. Donors give directly to recipients utilizing the Girlfriends In Christ organization through this outreach as a catalyst to meet need.   If donors prefer to remain anonymous in their giving, we simply refer to them as “Angels” to the recipients.  It is our goal to deliver items to the intended recipients within 72 hours of receipt.

My Seed to Your Need is not designed to receive large bulk donations, at this time.  However, if you have additional items to donate, we may be able to help you to connect with a kingdom building, ministry minded entity that accepts these types of donations.  If you have questions or would like more information, please contact us at seed2need@GirlfriendsInChrist.org.  Please be sure to provide us with your name, address, telephone number, along with the best time and method (phone, email) to contact you.  It would also be helpful to give us a brief description with any pertinent details about the types of items you are interested in donating to ensure that your blessings get into the right hands.
